license plate reinforcement?

license plate reinforcement?
I recently just downloaded that s2k screensaver by MUZ, and there was this one picture of a spaw yellow S that had its back shown. It had some sort of extra body piece around the inner walls of the license plate area.... any ideas where i could get one?? I need to cover up some paint chipping in that area and i figured that would be a better way of covering it.
And if someone could post it a pic of it that would be great i couldnt get my pic to come through
