I personally like the OEM alot better--it suits the car perfectly, and even though it is an OEM part it makes it look noticeably better (i know because i drove the car for 4 months without it). It comes painted to match your car, and you know it will fit perfectly.
The Amuse lip, while it looks good from the front, looks very weird from the side and 3/4 views--those 2 pieces that protrude out dont look like they belong there.

I'll second Xviper's post, but I'll say I like the OEM lip more than the Amuse. It matches, fits, and looks wonderfully on the front of the car. Whatever you do, get something, because the front of the car looks naked without it!
