Default Little circle in front of the car?

Yeah I'm about to get an 2003 Honda S2000 but I just want to know one thing. In front of the car theres like a little circle there that looks like you can like punch it out or something. What is that whole for? Well if you know please let me know. I just want to know it is and what it does. Thanks!

If you had walked around to the back, you would have seen another one there. These are the covers for the tow hook attachment points.

ps. When you get your car and for those who have one already and didn't know this, please go read your owner's manual. You'll find lots of interesting and IMPORTANT stuff in there. Also, you'll really want to know about the "secret compartment". Oh wait, that's where the owner's manual is kept so go ask your salesman when he delivers the car.
