locking doors
i realized you can actually use the unlock or lock key to lock the car. the unlock locks the car in about 30 seconds i think. not sure if there is any practical use for this knowledge..probably not
i mean that when everyone is out of the car and you want to lock the car, can press the lock button on the key fob remote to lock the car.
but also you can press the unlock button because there is an auto relock feature. if you unlock your car and do not open any door the car relocks after a certain amount of time. so the car thinks you are opening it and it will relock the doors.
basically you can lock the doors with either the lock or unlock button on the key fob.

The only two things I didn't like on my S2K, that I did FIX:
DOOR LOCKS/TRUNK RELEASE.
If you unlock your S2000 by hitting the button once on the remote( I know hitting twice will do both), the passenger side door still stays locked. There isn't a way to unlock the passenger door after this point unless you physically reach over and unlock it yourself. The power door lock control on the driver side won't let you unlock the passenger door.
Or if you lock the doors via the driver door lock control, you can't unlock the passenger side lock unless you reach over and do it. Also, with the TRUNK RELEASE you have to take the KEY OUT for it to unlock it.
I came up with a way to ENABLE the remote to WORK while it's still in the keyhole and you car can be ON and running. This means you won't have to reach over to unlock the passenger door. It also means you won't have turn you car off, and then unlock your glovebox to get to the trunk switch like you have to do now.
Convertible top.
You can't put the top up while moving at slow speeds. You must come to a full stop with the Ebrake on. It sure would be nice not to stop, and put the top up. I would never do this going over 5mph of course and it would be nice to do it without being still, especially when it starts to RAIN. I know Honda put that safety feature in there for a reason, and I changed this so I can do this now.
To see the MOD I did to fix these annoyances, see this link at the bottom:

Jason - thanks for the information.
I will have to look it over! Since I am short, I am not able to reach all the way to the passenger side door to unlock it, so it would be helpful and much more convenient to be able to use the key fob while it is in the ignition.

me too
also while down there i think i'll do the 'unlock both door with one push' mod too. its on the keyless module too
edit: actually if i do the unlock both door mod, the passenger door will always be unlocked making the other mod superfluous
