as far as head protection, its irrelevant, i dont predict even a mugen hardtop to not crush under the weight of the car+momentum at speed in the event of a rollover. as far as staying on the car though...your guess is as good as mine

Been an owner of a Mugen Hardtop I dont see what is wrong with this one, as long as the fitment is good!

I agree as well. Head protection is identical to the soft top -- roll hoops and windshield frame hoop. I don't see any rear window in that top so that means lexan city. Also, I see no photos of the weatherstripping so who knows how that might be.
