Default Long Beach Blue Pearl?

Does this color exist? I was playing an arcade game and they had the colors listed by the Japanese market for the AP1 model. There was Silverstone, Berlina Black, New Formula Red, Monte Carlo Blue Pearl, Indy Yellow Pearl, and Gran Prix White, then out of nowhere there was Long Beach Blue Pearl. Resembles something close to Laguna Blue Pearl:

Does this color exist, or is this an error? I can't anything about it on here or GT4.
