To me this looks like it was a trade in and since dealers don't know shit the dude probably had a friend with a 99 SI and they swapped interior and he bought ap1 wheels for dirt cheap and sold the ap2v1's. Their may also be other things missing/swapped. I offered them 7000. Well see what they say
