Default Lookie What I Found

I was riding home from checking out my friend's Civic in the shop and I see this on the side of the road....

http://www.naplesmotorsports.com/01_s2000_ylw.htm

I yelled "pull over! Those are f'in HRE's!" Sure enough, it is the f'ing S2000 from the owner of "Wheel Max" (or whatever)...

Back when I had my Vette Z06 I sent Ben $500 to hold the parts on this car until I sold my Vette and then I would pay him $10,000 for everything on the car. About a week or so later I hear that the car is for sale in Miami!!!!! I called him and no answer.. I call his business and he is out of town!!!

Now this car f'ing shows up in town from the other coast.. I want to kick the doors in..

I went in and asked how much they wanted for it .. "<british accent>Forty Thousand Dollas .. It's got a COMPTECH PAXTON SUPACHARGA < / british accent>" I quickly interrupted and said "I am familiar with the car.. want to sell the wheels?" .. "Not a chance!" .. "Bye"

$40K for a ragged on Supercharged S2000 with 19's, H&R coilover kit, Kaaz Diff, Clutchmasters clutch, intercooler, and blow off valve.. stereo system, and a couple other goodies..

At least the sh!t runs, eh?

Yes I am rambling..

sigh..

Yeah he was on the boards for a little bit.. that's how I found him originally actually.. The original owner had it for 3 months and got rid of it.. apparently he traded it in for an M3.. It's probably gone from dealer to dealer to dealer ever since..

Funny how it ended up in Naples..

Drooooooooool!!!

But someone needs to explain what I'm assuming is the CAI tube??? I'm guessing its wrapped to keep it insulated for cooler air...but its F-ugly in that engine bay IMO.

Rest of the car absoooooooolutely rocks!

He has 19's with HRE's .. 10.0 inches wide int he rear (285's)

He rolled the renders and has tons of camber. I don't think there are any rubbing problems but I am not sure. It looks like if the car swayed one direction or another that it would tuck inside.
