Shopping for wheels for my Silver S2k. I want 17", very light, and near-stock offset.
I'd like to see pics of (ideally on Silver cars):
- BBS LM (I've seen Fito's old pic on a black car, but it wasn't clear enough to really see the wheels.
- Mugen MF10 I think the bronze would look funky on a Silver car...

Thanks much,
Scott

Talking to myself...
Got some pricing from the Tire Rack on the LMs:
Front: 579
Rear: 599/ea

Pricey, but nice...

I'd appreciate some pics. I've gotta think someone else has done this...

Thanks,
Scott.

Ithink bronze on silver look funky as well. I don't think the mf-10's come in silver for our application though. You might want to check with scot at kingmotorsports though.

I powdercoated mine after a mini accident. You might want to consider these because they are magnesium Much stronger than aluminum.

regards,

marcus

It'd be cool if the MF10s were Magnesium, but they're Forged Aluminum (according to the King website). Better than cast, for sure.

And -- King doesn't offer the MF10 in Silver, just Bronze.

I'm leaning towards the LMs, as they're $400 cheaper for the set.

Scott- "King doesn't offer the MF10 in Silver, just Bronze."

hey, you are right about the magnesium. My bad. It's just that my powdercoater mentioned the unusual looks after blasting my mf-10s and asked if they were magnesium. Stuck with me for some reason. Anyway, the BBS are in the correct offsets? I thought they were a little off?
