I lived in Spain for about a year and just finished a masters degree in Spanish. I can help you with whatever you might need if you want to design something towards that particular market. I am sure the Spainards would understand the Mexican dialect but given their sometimes pompous attitude about what is correct and the better way of saying things, it could cause problems. Let me know if I can help. I would love to put my degree to further use other than for teaching.
