Ill put it this way if the dealer across the street had the exact same car but no accident history which would you buy.......
the one without the accident , which in turn makes the other less desirable and therfore lowers said cars value
IMHO

How much do you think it would lower the value of the car?

I would say about 10% of the value.

Paint color is also a good negotiating point. IMHO not many people seek out yellow vehicles. Even if you love the color you can bluff not liking it...

But I guess that's a little difficult when you're trading in yellow for yellow...

Haha Yea. I guess I could tell them I don't really like yellow and was looking for a different color but this one was the year I wanted.

Look at the side emblem....they're not in the right place. They should be alligned with the side markers.

^well with that said im sure the accident wasnt too "minor" because its obvious both the fenders were replaced which means so was the bumper and hood, so yes that accident would lower the cars value

Yes, and furthermore, if the S and 2000 were spaced any more apart you'd have to turn your head to read it. The doors do not appear to be flush with the rest of the car and I don't think they're open either. Run from that hunk of crap hack job as fast as you can...or offer well below what they are asking.
