what sucks is that if you try the "report this item" link it does nothing but take you to a useless Q&A sheet. what bullshit.
I'm at work right now, so not too much time to search (they'll think I'm ebay shopping). But there is one link somewhere to report scam emails, so maybe that would be better than nothing?

About the auction not showing the bidders names, that is something that ebay just started doing. They said it is to protect the bidders, from what I don't know. I just sold my amuse style lip on there. When I looked up my item without signing in, I tried to look at the bidders and it only said bidders 1,2,3,etc....

Has anyone contacted the seller to tell him we know its a scam and he is being reported. Maybe that will freak him out and he will close the auction. Either way the owner of the seats should contact ebay to tell them its a scam. They shouldn't ignore that.

Well, it says he ended early to sell to the high bidder... I dont know man. It looks like he knew we caught on to him and decided to end early and sell to the current high bidder. Get that money into his paypal account before ebay catches on to him.

Wow, lots of guys who actually still care about peopel getting scammed. Yea, I couldnt believe a CO was asking why I posted this up as well.

I'm on the same boat as some of you guys. As I stated in the last sentence of my first post, I already reported him in. Ofcourse, thats after I got the run around BS, after an hour I finally just picked something that was close to what he violated.

Yes, Kenpo is correct, the names of the bidders not showing up is something new cause the first thing I wanted to do was to tip off the bidders by proving I'm the owner of all those that he claim is his. Then I realized that they do that now.

Now thinking about it I will email him and lie to him that I've reported him, showed Hi Res pictures of he listed to ebay(if he cant provide Hi Res, its not his pictures), ebay has agreed and believes I'm the true owner and given me the list of bidder's and I have already warned them, soon their bids will drop like flies, then his auction will be deleted and his account will be suspended. Lets see how he responds to that.

*edit* Dame, he already ended it early. My bet is that he knew I was on to him or ebay called him out to prove those are his real properties. I'm still gonna email him and smear shit over his face though.

Most of you know I am the owner of that car in the pictures
"His" pictures made me dizzy. The ones looking down on the seats in the car. Too much drinking this weekend I think.

maybe he has the same looking car as you with same rims and same wear on the seats and took the same picture at the same location with the same cloud setting.

You ever thought about that? huh?
