Ouch man, that 2nd last pic really hurts. On the bright side it couldve been alot of worse. That definately looks repairable. New bumper, new wheels and tires. And hopefully a really good wash/polish could really buff all the light scratches and dirt.

To say all it needs repair-wise is change of wheels/tires and bumper is very optimistic. Once you start digging in to fix it you'll usually find random broken/bent things. That's just how it is with these car accidents.

Searching through the pics, I can't find any evidence of the loose gravel you speak of. What happened?

I was purely going on by what I could see that is damaged, it could be alot more once you look under the car or take off the bumper, but just by looking at it its not that bad.

Also im assuming the gravel caught him mid turn, probably at the turn you see in the 1st picture, then he probably fishtailed for a bit till he finally went into the ditch. Itll be hard to spot something like that so far away.

I too couldn't find any loose gravel. I was expecting a gravel road or something. This seems more like took the corner too fast and spun out. Because you are pretty close to the intersecting road, and if you took that turn at a normal 10 - 15 miles an hour, I don't think loose gravel would have that much on an impact.

Regardless, it is good that you are ok and no one was hurt. Hopefully there aren't any hidden damages in the suspension or anything like that.

least you still have your head. Fixing damage should be no problem.

I lost my back end a bit today as well.. 70*F + Snow tires + fun in the sun = probably scared the shit out of the people around me, but I corrected just fine and the back never went out of control..
