Lots of folks are saying this is a lot of rust. I agree. My 2000 AP1 is two years older, and has much less rust. I just had it on a lift looking at the control arms. I'm not selling mine, but I drive it in the Pacific Northwest where it rains all the time, but garaged it during most winters for the first half of its life. It's been a year-round car for many of its years, and I've gone through many sets of windshield wipers blades due to the rain.

I haven't read all the posts in this thread, but if you want the car then offer a lot less than the asking price. Don't overpay for a car that has more problems than the average.
