some of these posts are pretty funny. Ya I might as well just run open headers. Been driving it this way all weekend and today, and passed by many cops and haven't been pulled over yet.
I have video clips, and will post soon. I haven't had a chance to extend the pipes out to the back yet, so they still end under the car, hope to weld extra wipes tomorrow. That should illiminate most of the sound from the inside.
This was merely an experiment, and I really have no plans in keeping it like this for long, although I am liking it the more I drive it this way. Your all right though it is pretty defening, but man when vtec hits, you won't care how def u get.

I have a quick three clip video, but I don't know how to post it. Anyone wanna help post it, if I email it to ya? The video isn't all that great, but it'll show how it sounds, although it's just a bit different in person.

AMAZING) Amuse R1000, a piece of art... way too nice to even put on the S

haha your right, it just looks like something is missing. It's just because i haven't gotten a chance to weld on extra pipes. My plan was to extend the pipes to the rear bumper and put the stock tips over them. Should look better then.

Be careful where those shorter pipes end. A VW GTI, I think it was, had its cat back exhaust removed for a track session. A leak was burned in his fuel line or tank from the extremely hot exhaust coming out the cat. The fire that was going on under his car really got going when he stopped when he thought he was out of gas.
