I have about 1400 miles on my car and I had it since 7 miles. I checked the oil last night and it was below the low level. Why did my car lose a quart of oil? Does anyone know? It was full when I fist got the car. I added excatly one quart and now its back to the top of the dip stick.

 

You can do a search but in short it takes about 5,000 miles for the oil skirt rings to seal on this car. If you VTECD early it make take a while longer. It is normal, you just need to keep your eye on it. As the owners manual says check it at EVERY fill-up.
