lower compression pistons

Removing material from the combustion chamber in the head is an old long-standing method of lowering the compression in the motorcycle world. I had that done to my Kawasaki in 1969 and it worked just fine. I needed to have that mod done because that engine was suffering from pre-ignition, which was caused by too much compression. It ran like a champ after the fix.
