Default Lowering My Car

I am going to drop my car. I want to go as low as possible, and keep the stock setting so my tires won't wear out quickly.

I've read that a 1"-1-1/4" has been performed, and the stock suspension setting was still obtainable.

If you are dropped more than 1-1\4", how low is your drop? were you able to obtain stock tow and camber? if not, how was the tirewear?

PM April aka CHIX RULE here she just lowered her red/black 1 inch and it has beautiful 17" wheels. I'm sure she can give you the scoop. BTW it looks AWESOME dropped!

i would still have it realigned after the drop...
prob the best mod money i have spent was an aggressive street alignment!

1 1/2 should be no problem, 2" might be pushing it.

Seems like each car is a little different and your wheel/tire combo will make a little diff also.

Tires on this car don't last very long anyway, so enjoy a nice drop and get a good alighnment, you should be golden.

ps- I think the WAY you drop (or how) has much to do with your overall sucess)

so 1-1/2" is the lowest you have seen dropped, realignment to stock specs was possible.

I am planning to drop it just using springs. any suggestion? I was looking at eibach, or Tein springs.

KG/MM Race springs are the lowest drop I've seen by just changing springs.

MY02 went down 1.65 rear and 1.48 front from stock with the Espelir Springs I purchased. I still have factory spec and factory tires.
