Lowering my S this week
I would suggest that you do this on a lift. It make the whole process A LOT easier.
The only hard thing is getting to the bolts in the trunk holding the rear mounts. The left one is a bitch haha. Its shouldnt take too long though maybe 2 hours. Post pics!

It's not that bad, just make sure on the rears to have both wheels raised when working on the struts, it makes getting them out a whole lot easier. Basically if one wheel is down and you are working on the other, it is tough. And the fuel line bolts are difficult, get some extensions and angle thingys.
