Default Lowering question

It seems alot of you guys get coilovers, but I'm not looking to spend that kind of money, nor do I need that much of a drop.
I want to lower it a little, maybe just 1 inch or so, so what springs are the best for this. (pics of each installed would be helpful, especially with stock wheels/body)
Please let me know, thanks
-Dan

Thanks, and I did a little search, but havent really found the answer I'm looking for.
Can I get pics of several spring setups with stock wheels/body for AP2
I would really appreciate it!
Also, seems alot of you have Espilar..are these better than Eibach/H&R/etc?

See if you can find someone with the Eibach Pro Kit. I believe the drop isn't every much and many people seem to have good results with it.

the Eibach kit is a 1" drop and I heard that the ride quality is better than a lot of other springs out in the market.
