I have 2 stupid questions

1.is the luggage rack going to locate on the hood of the trunk?

2.then is require to drill holes on the hood of the trunk?

I don't think our car will look good like Miata, Z3 with the luggage rack, do you really need one?

just my thought, i haven't see a pic so it may look good.

hope you find it, good luck.

my recommendation is if you really need extra room for luggage... take out your passenger seat for the time being and use that extra space for luggages.

I've seen a Miata with a rack on the top of the softtop, think it was carrying skis...

The one pictured is from germany I believe. I contacted them some time ago about it. It is a temporary solution that is easily removeable. There is a better one that has been mentioned on this board from europe somewhere. Both I believe have rubber feet to protect the paint. Do a search and there are several threads that have some info on both of these.

It would be nice to take beach chairs and boogie boards to the beach, at least. I'd be interested in a removable version of these.

After you install the luggage rack, all you will need to do is install the flames for that "special" look.... (sorry, couldn't resist...)
