Default Maintanence Cost

My dad just bought an 02 S2k with 10,700 miles about a month ago. While driving it, I noticed a hesitation at different RPMs, and found out it was caused by the MAP sensor. I also found out that our engine is the one with the older style banjo bolts, and that we should probably have them replaced with the newer ones.

So, when we take it in to have it serviced, we are going to have the map sensor replaced, the banjo bolts replaced, the engine oil changed with Mobil One, the diff fluid changed, and the brake fluid changed.

Does anyone have an estimate for what this might cost, including parts and labor?

Also, when does the transmission oil need to be changed?

In a related question.... Are TSB's warranty covered? and if so, are they ever done out of warranty at a reduced rate or free? I wonder because if carrnut is out of warranty time wise but the previous owner just didnt bother getting these things done, could he get them done for free or a reduced rate or is he just stuck with the full cost?

I ask because I am just out of warranty myself and am curious if my car experiences something covered in a TSB if I could have some leverage to get a reduced price?
