Default Many T.S.B's completed

Sunday I took my car down to the Honda dealership after finding a few tsbs that needed to be done to my S. I had about every tsb the 00' could have it seems. The air conditioning leak, 1st-2nd grind, deceleration buzz, rear click, and the recalls were all done. I picked my car up today at 5 and it now has new 1st and 2nd gears and synchronizers, spark plugs, rear axel nuts, seat belt retractors, clutch disk, and a bottle of the metal polish to clear up my rear window. A little over 2k of work done completely under warranty. My S shifts smoother than ever. Very fast service at Flow Honda in Winston-Salem, NC. Still trying to get the plastic window replaced with the glass under warranty. At least now with this cleaner the only problem left is the crease.

Great news, glad you had a good experience with the dealer and had it all covered.

Is your S still under factory warranty, or did they do all that work under an extended warranty? I'm kinda in the same boat with a few that need to be done, but my factory warranty is over. I've been debating whether I want to take it in or not.

My 00' was not origionally purchased until December of 00'. It didn't even fall into the number range that honda said was effected by these TSB's because it was a very late model. So I've still got a few months left of warranty. The guy who origionally bought it paid a total of 38k for it! Thats including about 1.5k extra for the extended warranty, but that does me no good at all.

I would check those repairs real good - Most of the times
dealers only make it seem like they fixed it.......

First time I went for my TSB Trans. Buzz ( I was told I got a new clutch and flywheel)
still buzzed - so my mechanic took the transmission down to see the clutch.....
SIKE! YOU WISH!.......still had my old clutch - so went back to the dealer flamin'
Let's just say I got a new clutch, flywheel, oil change, car wash - the same day!

Are there any TSBs for a 2001 transmission. Mine SUCKS.

When do TSB's run out...after the warrantee?

blaks2k, typically they'll do the TSB's under warranty with no quiestions asked. there have been some cases where the dealership will help you out after your warranty is over, either they'll partially pay for it or pay for all of it.

there are a couple 01 TSB's out there, especially TSB54 which is probably the most important. get these done before your waranty is up.

Depending on the serial # - Mine was a 2001 and it was on the list.
