i purchased 05 cf lip directly thru mastergrade. fitment was just PERFECT. it was actually on tight side so when i put it on it was holding itself on the bumper without any screws. quality needs to be improved. waves are not straight. but you can't really tell about the waves until you really really look at them. so i was happy with their product. if it was my hood or trunk with messed up waves i would be pissed cuz tha'ts the part people look at but i cared less about lip. sooner or later it will get all scracted up so oh well...

I'd rather lick the floor of a NYC Subway station then deal with those clowns again.
My transaction went like this:
1. Joined GB for Door Sills
2. Waited
3. Waited
4. Called asking where my product was, the thieves said it was about to ship out will call back with tracking number
5. Waited, never received call
6. Called again asking where my product was, the idiots there told me there was a delay in manufacturing and it'll be another week. Huh? wasn't it suppose to ship out a week ago?
7. Waited
8. Called again where my product was, the moron answer the phone said "Good News" we're going to pick them up right now, it'll ship out tomorrrow. We'll email you your tracking number. Sorry about all the problems.
9. Waited, guess what got nothing again.
10. Called again, this time the excuse was "Oh bad news they never delivered the product we are still waiting."
11. Asked for refund to my paypal. No problem, we'll send it out now.
12. Waited and Waited
13. Of course, the crooks never sent me a refund.
14. Called again, yeah no problem, we'll take care of the refund right now. By this point it's to late to do anything with paypal obviously.
15. Finally got my refund after more phone calls.
16. Guess what? After all that they refunded me less then what I paid, because of paypal fees on their end then the refunded fees on my end.

So I got no product, months of aggravation and lies, less money then I started out with and a big FU to MasterGrade.

BTW, that WAS the condensed version.

The best part is the guys that actually waited all of this out and received their products? The shit didn't even fit, their answer was "Well a little modification is always needed."

Not if you build the shit right, buttheads!

Listen it doesn't matter if they are nice to you in person, most con-artist are. That's how they steal your money. A nice person doesn't always equate to a good business person.

really? Wow, i guess i don't have a trained eye when it comes to fitment issues cause i thought the fitment looked great... But seriously, the fitment isn't good???

If the fitment isn't good, isn't it prone to getting leaks when it rains?
The CF trunk can an added problem in that the trunk springs will continually "lift up" on the trunk. In time, it could bend the edges and make them bow. The problem I see with this company is the total lack of consistency, both in product quality and in service. Some have no problems with either while too many have. Pick a card, any card.

i haven't had to deal with any of their customer services, but i think that their quality of CF looks good to me. My S came with the Mastergrade center consol CF cover. I think it looks great and fits good. But with all that people say about the company i wouldn't deal with them.

MG came on the scene sometime ago and promised great CF parts. A bunch of people were taken for a ride in their 1st group buy scam. There were problems over and over again with customer service and product quality. So they disappeared and then returned about year or so ago saying "we've changed management, give us another chance" yada, yada, yada, and it looks like nothing has changed. They still suck, both in customer service and quality control.
