Seems as if a major sponsor to our site should probably address these issues?? Have you professionally spoken to them about your refund situation? My experience with customer satisfaction issues is to not deal with them in an emotional fashion... but a calm "fact" based fashion..... not trying to preach!

i've tried calling a couple times in the past week but i haven't been able to reach them... this whole thing has really just been a pain.

 

Mastergrade even told me that they test fit each door sill before they send them out.....I find this hard to believe.
