Mastergrade Service Sucks!

Mastergrade Service Sucks!
Placed an order for the TV console Carbon Fiber kit last week and they said that it would be shipped last Thursday. Called Friday for Tracking Number they said they will receive shipment of it later that that day and will be shipped later that night. Called Yesterday (monday) they said it will be shipped out same day, but also he said they wont receive the console until Wednesday. he said it really fast and also he said that he would call me back for a Tracking Number then hang up. SO I was wondering how he could they ship something that they do not have yet... HmmmM! Ok waited no call, called them back later that night they said they haven't gotten to my order yet but they will call me at 8:00 P.M. ET for tracking number. Guess what no call. Anyone else had a problem with them? They haven't taken the money out of my account yet. But damn! Give me a straight answer.... Should I still go ahead with the order? Does anybne have this kit? Pics? Worht the wait? What you'll think? - DarvinM

HEH! Just got off the phone with Will from Mastergrade. He finnaly gave me a tracking number! Guess what doesn't work. Funny thing is he repeated it twice. Bastards!!! Called them again and spoke to boomer this time. He said the reason why it didnt get shipped out is because that one that was suppose to be shipped to me is cracked. They are waiting for another one to come in to be shipped out.
