May need to sell S2K
Unfortunately I may be selling the S2k. Just time to focus on some other things, and move on.
Anyway, before I post it in the For Sale forum I wanted to get an idea from you folks on what I can expect to get for it.
The car is a 2004 Suzuka Blue. It has only 8,300 miles on it. I have run it at a handful of HPDE's, but the car has been meticulously maintained, and is in beautiful shape.
It has an Elda Roll bar, installed by Wael himself. It has a full blue dual amuse exhaust. The track wheels are 17 inch SSR comps with Dunlop Super Sport Race tires. It also has some smaller stuff like JDM side markers, Cusco STB, and some other small items. I also still have all of the original parts, including exhaust, and wheels/tires. I have the original window sticker, and all receipts for all work/parts.
The original wheels are in perfect shape with no curb rash, the original RE050's have 75% front tread, and 50% rear. There is not one single ding on the car. It is always stored in a fully insulated garage. It has been washed and waxed with only P21S products. The only blemish is a dime sized stone chip in the windshield. I had this professionally repaired and it is on the top corner of the windshield. It would not be found unless I pointed it out.
That is basically it. Sorry for the long post. Thanks for your help.

depends on the buyer....if you can find an enthusiast who will mod the car anyways, you could get a bit of a premium over book value. The average Joe who would not want to spend $ on mods to begin with, you might actually get lower than book value (as he will say he wants to have them removed). I think the most economical thing (even though its more difficult and time consuming) is selling the upgraded parts individually and then selling the car close to stock

Mods usually lower the price of a vehicle. People assume when you mod you do it for racing etc so they make the assumption the car was abused.
You're better off selling the parts off then selling the car as the above poster said.

Smart thing is to part it and sell the car.
Right now the car is not street safe. Roll bar in a street driven car is unsafe. I wouldn't under any circumstances sell the car with the roll cage in it. The liability is too high. If they are seriously injured or killed by the roll bar they could come back and sue you. I wouldn't want to take that risk. It's better to part it and the sell the car you'll get more value that way. To get the same value you have to find someone who wants the car exactly as is and that's not likely.
