Ok, I'm not trying to flame or anything, but this experience with MCA Graphix on purchasing eyelids looks to be going south. Here's the story: I sent a paypal payment May 2. Got a reply email stating I would receive them by the end of the following week (thats May 9). I sent a follow-up email asking for the status of my order (politely) around May 14. No reply. Sent another May 19 to which I have had no response. Its now the 21st, and I have no clue of what's going on with my order.

I do lots of online shopping, and am understanding that things sometimes get delayed due to backorder, or whatever. But my complaint is that I have gotten no response to my inquiries regarding the status of my order. My card account has been charged, and I have no indication of what's going on with my order.

Arrrrrrgh.....

 

i sent him my bumper plug (SPA) and fifteen bucks to see if he could match the color - he couldn't but he did send me my money back along with my plug - took about a month because he was searching for the right color -

 

I am of the understanding that he has a perfect match already for sebring. I've seen pics on this forum of them already. Whatever, just want the dam* lids or some explanation of whats going on.

 

They're good people... I know they had a problem with one of their email addresses and I had to send them email to their Compuserve address to get a response...

But I got my order and great service from them!

 

I thought they may have been having email trouble, thats why I sent the last inquiry to both email addresses. We'll see what happens I guess.

I hope they come through.

 

I'm interested to see if they follow through. I've been considering a set of these myself.

I bought a pair from him through ebay and it said 2-3 weeks for delivery so hold tight. I keep you posted on my status.

 

I got an email from Anthony 2 days ago stating I should have them by now (which I don't). He said he would send a pair Tuesday (27th) if I had not received them. I replied asking him to do so.

Seems there was some kind of mixup, but looks like he will take care of it. I'll post when I receive them.

 

I just ordered some and he said he'd ship them out tuesday. I'll keep you updated on their arrival.
