Funny stuff - someone is lifting Greg's words (keep in mind he is banned from this site) and posting them here.

I found that rather ironic, as well.

That's ok. Someone is posting links to these threads over there. Supposedly that's not allowed over there but I don't see anyone removing them. What's your point?

While I am an attorney, I freely admit to knowing very little IP law. However, I have a number of friends who practice exactly that. If you need a referral drop me a note and I'll put you in touch with the right people.

Sorry...I didn't realize that this guy was banned from our site, otherwise I would have not quoted him. I just thought it was good info to have.

you are allowed fair use of using a company's trademarks for comment, parody, educational use, etc... Just ask a trademark lawyer.

Strike - What's my point? My point is that the words of someone banned from this site are important enough for someone else to post. It's also strange that once banned, all of the posts by that person remain. Shouldn't they all be deleted?? By banning someone, isn't management saying that person has nothing constructive to say?

I think a good start may be to contact their attorney and ask them what they consider acceptable. If that doesn't work, call a local TV station. They'd love a good story, and Honda would hate the bad press!
