Another question, the S2000 has a lot of catalytic converters. Good idea or bad idea to remove/gut a couple or all of them?

Socal28, I understand the final version is shipping from Italy right now. I am pretty sure that Giampiero is going to have the header in Asheville...

I will be talking with him about it this weekend and will be getting the whole thing put on my car after S2KDays.

We will be dynoing...even though the baseline will be with the MG CAI. If I have time, I MAY take the stock box over and show what the numbers are with that as opposed to the MG CAI.

We'll see...and stay tuned.

 

As far as I know the S has only one removeable catalitic converter.

I saw a straight pipe to replace it somewere. Can't remember right now. But I have to believe that the OBD II emissions control would have a fit in the long run.

I would think it would through errors seeing as there would be no difference between the 2 O2 sensors.
