Default Mini Battery

Just put in my Braille Mini Battery in the car. Only weighs a tad over 11lbs. This is pretty much my first mod besides changing the oil. I only got the car on Tuesday. I already had the battery from the RSX so no flaming for not getting other stuff first.

Wow, that looks brand new, like it still has that new S2000 smell. The vin looks like its a 2000 from Toichigi though. Am I seeing that right? BTW It looks like it is possible to make out the entire vin between both pics.

Yep, the car was kept in VERY good condition and you are right about the vin. As far as the battery goes it's listed at 11.5lbs but mine weighs 11.2. The bracket that you see is straight from home depot along with a few bolts to secure it, no drilling required. PM me for info if interested on this set up.

I probably wouldn't but it does just fine for starting the car with 350 CCA and 585 HCA. Here are more specs on the battery. http://www.brailleauto.com/downloads/Brail...Competitors.pdf

What is the sense in running a smaller lightweight battery if you have a heavy ass system in the trunk. Doesn't really matter IMO, but from what I have seen with my BuddyClub battery I wouldn't reccommend putting any type of system off of a small race battery.
