I dropped my car off at the dealer yesterday to have an intermittent squeal (major squeal during the 3rd Dragon run at S2K Days ) fixed, took the car for a drive with the technician to get his opinion. He and I think it is something minor, so hopefully it will be just that

Anyways I looked at the Suzuka Blue Metallic/Blue combo in the 2002 color guide........for those that haven't seen it, it is lighter than the Monte Carlo Blue (which just happened to be pictured on the same page), like a medium blue with a hint of grey in it and the interior is very light "UNC Tarheel blue" as my salesman put it .......maybe a shade darker than that but still on the light side. I hope it comes just on the middle seat inserts and not the whole seats

The Sebring Silver is a few shades lighter than my Silverstone and looked better in person via the guide than it did in J. SHY's pics

Did they fix the squeal? What was the cause? I'm assuming you took it to Mechanicsville.

A "shade" is when you add black to a color or darken it, a "tint" is when you add white to a color or lighten it...just for future reference...hehe.

Where'd you pick up this nonsense Andrew - my Webster's defines tint as "a colour containing some white, any lighter or darker hue of the same colour".

Well not quite true, my "thick (as in ignorant)" Webster's spells colour incorrectly.
