Default Minor problems/complains about my s2k(specifically)

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I realized I got a real long scratch along the hood. I don't know where it came from because I am very cautious with the hood and I have NEVER placed anything on the hood. My suspicion is that I bought it that way, I didn't inspect the car that much at delivery since it was supposedly a "new" car. And today is actually my first time really looking at the finish on the car. I'm pretty sure I bought it this way, I doubt the dealer would take responsibilty...so i have to fix it myself.

It looks like someone used a thin pencil and drew a 24" curved line down my hood. What should I do!!! I'm thinking about bringing it back to the dealer or to a detail shop but I don't know if it'll help or even make it worse. I really want to fix it would 2 or 3 coats of Z-5 help?

I think I bought a car that was treated really bad at the dealership. When I first bought it I saw an infinite amount of fine scratches done by the dealer, but I thought Zaino can take care of that. Another thing is that my left windshield fluid nozzle is kinda unbalanced, meaning the black rubber cushioning under the nozzle kinda looks cut off/crooked... What should I do? Does anyone know how to remove the windshield fluid nozzle off safely and efficiently?

I am so depressed.

sorry and i feel your pain. my car was in showroom also and my gf walked over it and pointed out a ding and a scratch. we didn't get the deal that night and two days later when i actually got the car, i found scratches on a rim. we put all those in the dealer get ready list.

i say definitely go talk to the dealer. if they care about customer service at all, they should help you and at least be responsible for part of it.

My left windshield fluid nozzle looks a little funny as well. Not exactly parallel with the hood. I think it's normal.
