For a minute there...I forgot my car was there!
I was finishing filling gas in my car when none other than the roaring engine of a dark silver (anthracite) Viper RT/10 pulled up on the other side of the pump. That wasn't too big of a deal until this silver 2001 911 Turbo pulled up behind it! For a minute there...I forgot my car was there!
He got out of his car and started barking orders at this blond lady inside the 911 Turbo...which later on I found out it was also his. I talked to the guy, who immediately pointed out most of my modifications...I was impressed. He said..."So, I see you lowered the car, added those 18's, front lip, and painted the calipers." He then said..."I have seen you on the road before in my silver Modena." Man...he wasn't kidding...I remember a silver Modena rattling my soft top as it blazed by me on the freeway heading towards my neighborhood.
I was like geez...it must be really fun to be able to spend all that money. I have heard people say that people with too much money are sometimes borred because they can have anything they want..."borred because they can have anthing they want..."? That's just a damn crying shame.

Unlike bigger cities, here in Boston when you see a car like a 911 Turbo, it's probably the only one in the area. My friend and I were eating when we saw a 911 Turbo stop at a light. My friend immediately jumped out of his seat, went outside and hopped in front of it. Screaming, yelling, and pointing at it like a maniac. He even pulled a stranger from the sidewalk to show her the car, like it was his. It was probably annoying the hell out of the driver but it was hilarious to me especially since he didn't know the difference of a regular 911 from a Turbo...juvenile but hey we're teenagers...
i have seen a total of 3-4 vipers in my area, maybe 2-3 NSX's and one time a 993 twin turbo porsche......
potholed PA is not the best place for sports cars. That guy
does sound pretty cool... as long as he was not "barking" orders too much to the girl.

JiggaTaOG,
Lol...that is a funny a$$ story. If you jumped in front of a 911 Turbo in Houston and started acting crazy...chances are you are going to be shot! Haha.
Scot,
No...that guy wasn't too cool. I don't like to talk smack...but he was pretty rude to the girl and the person working at the gas station. But if I owned a Modena, Viper and the new 911 Turbo. It would eventually get to my head to (stuck up mofo).
