Default Mistake?

Does anyone think I made a boo-boo by letting a some friends borrow my S this weekend? Bear in mind that they're an attractive lesbian couple who wanted to borrow it for a HS reunion Sat. night!

Things have actually worked out nicely thus far, as I needed to borrow their car (Subaru wagon, naturally!) to move a couch.

Oh, the things we do for friends!

As long as you are confident they are mature and won't abuse it, I don't see a problem.

I wouldn't feel comfortable lending my car to any of my friends, and that's just me.

I wouldn't lend a rusted '84 K-car to friend - well, maybe I might. I'd have to keep in mind that it doesn't matter the kind of car that is lent. If they should have an accident, it's YOUR insurance that will go up. With your S2000, you have the added "bonus" of needing to repair it.

Ironic that I'm reading this as my S is not currently in the garage. My little step-bro is borrowing it to take to HS prom.

I would let very few of my friends drive my car when I'm there, even less borrow it without my presence.
