If that is all of the damage to your car, it is definitely not totalled.

Basically I was on a road with 4 lanes, 2 going in each direction.

I was on the left lane going north, there was a mustang going in the same direction going in the right lane. The lady turned left from the right lane trying to get in to the post office, my response was braking, the car slided, I lost control, I flew over a curb and hit a tree!

The lady wrote down a confession on a paper saying that it was her fault and she did not see my car and she turned from the wrong lane.

The car is less than a month old so I'm hoping they total it, I took it to a body shop that told me there is some frame damage, alot of the car did shift. I'll try to get some HI-RES pictures tomorrow when I meet the adjuster

Did you jerk the steering wheel when you applied the brakes or did were you turning with the road?

Cool that the lady admitted her guilt.

I jerked it to the left to avoid slamming into her, I guess in my mind i was hoping to slide right into the POST OFFICE driveway. You can't really think that quickly under these circumstances, I'm just glad I didn't hit the ladies car at all.

The lady was really sincere at the end, I hit my head against the steering wheel so I was a bit dazed, she instantly offered to call 911, but I told her I was fine.

What aggravated me the most is that I called the police and they refused to come if noone was injured and seeked medical attention. I had the operator ask me how bad the tree was damaged! I later realized she was checking to see if the tree was going to tip over, but I was really angry when she asked me that question.
