Hi i tried to do a search on this but came up with nothing .

This is my problem... please help!

Scenario 1 : 3/20/03

My car has AEM CAI , 6200 miles, used NOS octane booster($13)... Raced RSX Type-S with Hondata , AEM CAI.
I won by my hood lenght , it was a very close race.

Scenario 2 : 4/1/03

My car has AEM CAI , 6600 miles, used Turbo108Extreme octane booster($5)... Raced same RSX Type-S with Hondata , AEM CAI and this time DC SPORTS TWIN CANISTER EXAHUST . He claimed to have this time 194.2 WHP a 7600 RPM dynoed the day before.(More WHP than the last time.)

I won by almost two car lenght ... Now no one believes me i only have AEM CAI .

Can you guys tell me what happened???????? Is the more miles i get the better the car runs??

What you all think?????

The S2k is known to "loosen up" with age, supposedly around 5000 miles. So yes it could very well be.

Maybe you grew more a custom to your car, and learned to drive it better?

On both ocassions we ran twice, same results for each day.

We we're doing roll starts from 2nd gear at 6000rpm

You shouldn't use those octane boosters. They foul your spark plugs. It's better to just mix in some race gas.

Why are you using an actane booster? Do you think the stock computer is pulling back timing with 93 octane? Because I doubt it is.
