Angry more theft

found this in another forum. now I'm scared for my S.

"Yeah, I have some horrible news that all car enthusiasts hate to even think about. This morning as my mom was heading off to work she noticed her Honda S2000's door was creaked open, and a look inside would send her gasping to her side. The seats($8000 a pop) were both taken out(Yes they were upgraded seats with black outside and red inserts, they took the carpet, the airbags, the steering wheel, the radio, seat belts, a few electronic wires, and a favorite burned CD. HORRIBLE I SAY, HORRIBLE. I'm freaked out just about hearing this--I live in Miami Lakes, a very quaint town, we aren't in Carol City or even Hialeah, but those robbers don't give a damn!!!!!!! The detective said they were EXCELLENT at the job--no finger prints, no scratches. Oh yeah, How did they get in you ask? A small tear in the convertible top, maybe the size of your hand. My mom is DEVASTATED. YES, she has insurance on everything, but seeing her beloved car(BRAND NEW 2007, ONLY 2000 Miles) stripped to he11, just isn't a good thing. We have yet to hear if the car is completely Totaled(beyond repair), or repairable.

S2000 owners I warn you, get a motion sensor alarm, or make sure you have a garage.

Another thing, this car is sittin in a condominium complex with 24 hour guard service! The guard saw nothing, I guess he was catching some Z's.

That's my story for the day, BTW it was really hard not to let emotions run when writing this, I'm so pissed at the people who do this, I mean you hear of it happening, but when it happens to you or someone close....

Shame on you biacth a$$ criminals, THIS IS WHAT DRIVES UP PRICES, INSURANCE, AND PARTS. "

The number of seat thefs S's at Braman Honda in West Palm is absurd. There were 4 there last visit, and they say they average 10/month.

Why?!?!?!?
