I use to race probes with my civic and they weren't that fast to me. It wasn't like I was pullin on them, but I never felt like I was racing an S2000 killer either???

My favorite is the guy with the "20 inch rear wiper" in his sig. Proud of that! From the story, it sounds like the S didn't even step on the gas. But either way, he's hella quick, bro! I think my IQ went down reading that board . To each his own, but, it IS bizarre to see a group of people singing the praises of a "probe".....

Lotta hate going on on that board, kinda sad....

I have both probe gt and s2000. I used to enjoy probe as a fast car but it is now my winter beater.

Probe may instantly pass s2000 if it catches you in a cruising mode like you are around very low rpm, because probe gt can deliver equally high torque as s2000 can deliver even in very low rpm.

However, if we are talking about a serious race, then no way.. It seems like the s driver was not taking this ricer seriously. I would do the same thing. It is fun to act like you are about to race and get someone blow his engine proving himself, then let him go.. I think this insults those youngster ricers.
