Everybody is a style (or worse) an aerodynamic expert. I wonder how many of you
Liberace S2000 owners have wind tunnels in your backyard to back up your argument
that a wing on a rear wheel drive car doesn't create downforce except at the track? Answer? NONE.
When your names are on his checkbook for the monthly payments, then perhaps your
opinions will be properly noted WHEN HE ASKS FOR THEM. Until then, keep assuming
your own 2K's are the only ones on the planet properly attired or masked in some
sheetmetal tuxedo.
Wings equal downforce at any speed. The effects of that downforce are manipulated
by the speed.
In truth, I wonder how many of you guys who whine that, "they are ridiculous
for street use" run on HR-rated tires? When was the last time you overheard an
S2000 owner saying in a ball of sweat, "gee, I'm glad I have these W-rated tires 'cause I almost hit 168mph on the way to Costco for a 64-oz bottle of Ketchup."

you should spend more time in R&C. There are plenty of people w/ real wings on their S2Ks.

The wing is rice; it's a statement and it came to mind when I saw it. Sue me.

That aside, Russ's post made me giggle.

yo girls, the reason you fear wings is because you can't drive well enough to need real downforce.
I'd rather fly.
