-It brings out the worst in other drivers on the road. I get flipped off all the time. I get honked at when the top is down. I have had dog poop put on my door handle. Last night someone threw a water balloon at my car while driving the other direction. WTF?

That's what you get for living in St. Louis.

I'm just jealous, because for what I paid for my 750 sq foot house in San Diego I could have a mansion in St. Louis. A friend of mine has a GIANT house in the St. Louis suburbs for less than what my tiny house cost.

Then again, I live 2 blocks from the beach and it doesn't snow here. (it's 68 out today, Dec 31st)

My s2000 doesn't stand out at all here. It's very common for me to see Porsches of all models, Jaguars, Ferraris, all kinds of Mercedes and BMWs. In the parking lot of my office right now, there is a Boxter-s and a BMW Z3. At my last job, there was a Ferarri, a Corvette, 2 s2000s, several Porsches and Audi TTs. (that was a bigger office)

I'll take my S over any of those cars for the price. Hell even if you spotted me $10,000, I'd still have to pick the S.

No one gets jealous of my S. If they do, they are only feeling that way for a minute or two, then a 911 will drive by and take the heat off of me.

I've only had mine for a few days, but the most irritating thing right now is how long it takes to get to 600 miles!

I finally found something that really bothers me. It's when I'm on the way home from work, usually starving since I've run out of power bars, and I drive right through two 'restuarant rows' and the smells just about kill me with the top down.

I would also agree that the Horn stinks. Thats why i am changing then to Hella-Dual horns Loud as hell and sound kinda like a air-horn or 18-wheeler I had them on my VW corrado and i loved when people got in front of me. It would scare the daylights out of them It would really give me a good laugh

Just drove my new 2004 off the lot yesterday afternoon and at the first light I come to a guy in some Cheverolet POS drives by me and sticks his arm out the window and flipped me off...?? WTF? Nice welcome for the first mile I put on my car.

2kMarc......sorry for that roadside greeting . How 'bout a new one from us here! Love your new ride!!!

As for my complaint...been mentioned, but that remote trunk when the car is running. Too many times my wife needs something out of or to put into the trunk after I've already started the car!

Other than that...any of the things folks have complaints about...I've already cured with mods!

I unlock my doors with the keyless, then open the trunk, put something in the trunk, close the trunk, go to open the driver door and it's locked again! Why does it do this?

As stated in your owner's manual, if your door's don't open within 30 seconds of the unlocking with the alarm, they lock back up.

The 04's have a lot of fixes to your guys' complaints.... enjoy your car!
