21-22mpg thus far w/ 870 miles on the odo.

 

I have been driving with the hardtop on for about a month and I am getting nearly 300 miles out of a tank with 65% A/C usage. I was lucky to get 230 without the HT.

 

Just over 30 with straight hwy driving and about 27 with mixed driving. I get plenty of VTEC time and generally either have the top-down or A/C on.

 

Man you guys get good gas mileage. I drive street and hwy with moderate VTEC time. I use to get 19 mpg untill I dropped in a K&N air filter. Now I get 22 mpg. But 27!!! What else have you done to your car?

 

I have a Comptech intake with AFE filter, Spugen dual exhaust, and a Megan testpipe.

 

Ahhh. That's probably why. I am bone stock aside from the K&N air filter. Now I have justification for upgrading!!!

 

100% stock 2005: Best ever was 30.2, top down, mostly freeway driving in traffic around 60 mph. With top up, and cruise set at 75 mph, 29.9. Average 24.8 over 11, 168 miles. Worst was when it was brand new and not broken in: 17.6.

 

23.8 Total average combined mileage on AP1 & AP2 with and without mods over 92,600 miles.
Best ever 31 mpg over 500 hwy miles with my +1 driving., worst ever < 10 mpg at track and autocross.

You might try search next time since this is about the 23rd time I remember posting this.

 

Just checked yesterday. Aprox 25 mpg with top mainly down and a combination of city, highway, and vtech.

Mods: MY06 Radio Door...but I hear that gets you 5mpg easy with the weight reduction
