MR2 chasing S2K at the Dragon
I dumped my tires down to 32 psi for the dragon. My S0-3's stuck great for the whole day. Back up to 40 right now due to last weekends wet autoX.
Driving the dragon was addicting it was just unreal. No amount of pictures or video can really bring across the feeling of driving it.

Deno is just being modest. He ran a 1:12 at TGPR several years ago in a stock 93 MR2 Turbo. I recently ran a 1:16 with a passenger in the S & I rode with an instructor last year that ran 1:15.
I saw trailered Viper's running 1:10's with race rubber not long ago.

I had an '87 MR2 for a short while last year and loved it. I wish I'd kept it and done a similar transplant as it would have made a great track car.
It was my mothers car and I was selling it for her.

To answer the original question: That is Lovetodrive2000. He is from the Cincinnati area and he comes to all of the meets. He is one of the coolest s2k guys I know, and he has the only N/A s2k that I have seen hang with my stock '02 (I think I have a ringer).
Luvs2drive is an excellent driver, very smooth through the turns. I had a chance to follow him through the Dragon and then he followed me, I was only pushing it at 7/10ths due to many factors (cops, tires, public roads) not to mention a Miazda almost rammed right into right the side of me at the start of the first Saturday run. Luvs2drive had no problem keeping up with me and I offered to let him pass but he was happy hanging back and relaxing at that point.
What happened to the black MR2, looked like he stuck the nose in the side of the mountain?

Also, Deno was following me on the drive after the dam. I would slow down and let the other drivers get about 500yards ahead and then get on it. The first couple of times I did this, Deno was in 2nd and I'd pull till his turbo spooled, but once it did, he was right on my ass. Then, he down shifting to 1st on was on me the whole time. We hit those roads HARD. Deno is an EXCELLENT driver. He can drive the wheels off that car. I talked to him at deals gap and he was a REALLY nice guy. There wasn't any S2000s are slow or my turbo can hand you your ass BS, just two guys talking about cars, the drive, etc.... very cool person.
