Default MSRP on S2000

I am buying a 2002 S2000 black with red interior and was just wondering what you guys think a good price is for it. My walk out price including TT & L is 35K exactly. Is this a good deal or could I get better else where?

That sounds like a fair price. I'd still try to do a little better though.
Prices vary by what part of the country you're in.
I just paid $32840 for my blk/red including a rear spoiler here in Southern California.
(that's not incl. tax & lic)
