I'm curious if other owners of the Mugen CAI did their install by the pics in the diagram only.
Looking at the required tools, (this I could read since it's mostly romaji and not kanji) it looks like being able to read the instructions would be better.
1.ratchet wrench, eyeglass wrench(?)10mm
2.allen wrench 5mm
3.?
4.power drill
5.belt sander
6.desk sander
7.torque wrench
8.philips and flat-head screwdrivers
9.touch up paint
10.?
11.white gasoline (rubbing alcohol?)
12.packing tape, masking tape

S2SaV- thanks for the input. We're going to try cutting the hood today, won't have time to do the whole install today.

I haven't done mine yet, but although I cannot read Japanese, it looks straightforward to me.

Any areas of concern?

smccurry's wife translated them for him. I just had a few questions on some of the pictures, but for the most part, you could follow just the pictures. It's a moot point anyway since it turned out to be the wrong kit.

Well, apparently it is the correct kit, King's web site needs to be updated with new pictures and the new part number.

I have an English addendum to the instructions that King provided me. I will be happy to fax them out to any who need. Just PM or email.
