It may depend upon your use and tires. The auto-x guys with sticky rubber say the Comptech is right. On the track with A032

I don't autox much... Once in a while, but mainly road coarses and "spirting" driving up windy mountain roads.

You really don't know until you put the others through some laps. I would not want my stock bar back.

I've driven Chris' car with the Mugen bar, and it felt awesome. However, I'm awaiting the results of Comptech's development. Just to see.

Having driven on both (Annie and I are currently testing the Comptech "test" bar for them) I'd recommend waiting for the Comptech bar. The Mugen one just isn't stiff enough. Even if you don't autocross, the Comptech bar makes the car much more confidence-inspiring on the street. We have lots of cloverleaf onramp/offramp combinations where we live, and the car is so much more fun to drive now than it was before!!!

If you do plan on autocrossing (or do already) the Comptech bar is heads and tails above the Mugen bar! I can't say enough good things about how this bar has transformed our car!

Ron,

is that with stock tires, or race rubber?

Thanks,

Ted
