Arrow mugen hardtop

hi everyone . i want to buy the mugen hardtop because of the annoying sound that the softtop makes. the softtop makes rattling and metal scratching sounds. my car is 2006 and only 4000 miles on it. i dont baby my car. but i just dont like that annoying sound. if any of u can tell me the experience with your mugen hardtop it would be great. will mugen hardtop reduce the annoying sound?

thanks for the help

on a general level..having a hardtop reduces the overall noise..

but there are specific additional noises you get from the hardtop which you don't get from the softtop..

in my experience with a mugen hardtop (fitted by Honda) you can get rattles (front and back).. wind noise from back.... and wind noise from the front at very high speeds.. 125mph+

thanks kobe. but in overall it will reduce the noise thats great. because i m tired of having to escape from the smallest hole in the road. is it lighter than the soft top?

You arent listening. Get your soft top checked. It shouldnt rattle much at all IMO.

you r right mark blue but i talked to the service. they said they can oil the softtop. but it would last only for a month ! so in my opinion thats useless . and rattling sound is common . because the roads are not excellent. i want to buy the mugen hardtop to reduce that sound.
