Met a guy who insists he has a MUGEN SC installed in his s2000. I told him I thought Mugen doesn't make an SC. I think he is BSing me since he is unwilling to pop the hood. Opinions?

I think he was sold a header and is either confused or in da nile.

 

Next time you see him, let him know that when Mugen makes a SC ... You will be the first to get it installed as a trial test. Then ask him to run you ... or have you done so already?

 

funny, I was at a local performance shop that wouldn't back down on their claim that they installed a Spoon turbo on a local S2000 that I didn't know. I went along with it for giggles, and said, "well I just installed a header", he said it would still work.

Obviously they didn't understand how a turbo is installed.
