Default Muz leather saddlebag question

I just got my Muz leather saddlebag installed. The two options were zip ties or velcro. I decided to go with zip ties and when I drive, I sometimes hear a rattling in the trunk. Have any of you had this problem, and how did you solve it?

Simply use the Velcro as instructed. It is used to provide a cushion between the backboard of the saddlebag and the ribs of the trunk lid.

So...what you're saying is I should use both the velcro & and the zip ties? I was thinking of just using velcro but I imagined that it would un-velcro everytime I had to open a pocket.
