For WLA people I drove by Airport Honda last night and they have a S2000 in front of their place. Not sure if it is a 2002 or not, drove by too fast.

I ended up buying it at Elk Grove Honda near Sacramento.

The car was supposed to show up in 2 weeks, but I got a call from them saying that the truck with my car just showed up!
I could not believe it...
It all happened so fast...

I just can't wait...

I was just at Elk Grove Honda about two hours ago. I went there to cancel my extended warranty since they gouged me on it. I paid $1.980 for a 7yr/75K/$0 deductible.

The only car I saw at their dealership was a used 01 Silver. I wish I knew yours was in and I would have looked for it and taken a picture.

Funny though I asked the finance manager (Barbara Morgan) if they were going to receive any 02's and her response was -- "Honda won't be making 02 S2000's". I guess it just shows her ignorance....

I have been dealing with Blair Morrow, the interned/fleet manager exclusively.

If you do go back before Saturday, please ask for him and please ask him to show you the car...

I can't imagine him pulling my leg... he has a 2001 S2K and told me that the new car looked so stunning that he considered trading in his car...

This whole story makes me want to go out there tonight!

I was just there last night. The salesperson told me that it was in, but wouldn't let me see it because it was locked up in the back. I was so excited to finally see a Sebring Silver, and it was disappointing when he said I can't Oh well. I have an appointment to put a deposit on a silver/red '02 on Thursday at Elk Grove Honda. Maybe I'll see your car then. Congrats on your new car!!

Airport Marina Honda does not have any in stock. I just called and they told me "they won't be in till early november."

Sorry man. I didn't mean to scare you. I am sure it is out in the back as Rob pointed out. I guess Barbara just didn't know they had a 2002 Sebring Silver in the back.

the 2002 S, did not confirm that their is a new tranmission. it is not offical yet since, it did not show up on the brochures. check out the 2002 brochures on this site. go to the home page ( i think it's in the home page)
